If you do not have Snap Clean yet, you can use warm water with a drop of regular dishwashing liquid, preferably the variant with an anti-bacterial formulation, to wash your mouthpiece. You can use a separate soft toothbrush to scrub the nooks and crannies of your gadget.
Invest in Ultrasonic Cleaners
Ultrasonic cleaners are like Jacuzzis for your mouthpiece. It cleans your device at the microscopic level through the rapid bubbles created by the high-frequency sound waves projected on the water. It can quickly remove dirt that cannot be removed by regular brushing.
Slippery When Wet
There is a great chance of losing hold of your mouthpiece while washing it. It will be unfortunate to crack your device while cleaning. As such, it is a good idea to lay down a towel on the surface where you are cleaning your device so that it will be cushioned if it slips off your grip.
