Before you buy a Nitetronic pillow for its app, check which app your pillow needs. Nitelink2 serves an older model, and a different Nitetronic app serves the current lineup.
This page walks through four questions to settle before you download or order. Details come from store listings and Nitetronic’s own site as of October 2026.
Question 1: Which App Matches My Pillow?
The Nitelink2 store page lists one pillow only, the GN02-6000. It’s free, runs on iPhone only, and its last update was in April 2022.
Current pillows pair with the Nitetronic app, version 1.5.17. It’s free too and requires iOS 13 or later.
If you’re unsure, look at your pillow’s model number and Nitetronic’s support pages before installing anything.
Question 2: What Does the App Show Me?
Nitetronic says the current app records your sleep time, sleep quality, and snoring time and intensity. You can also change how sensitive the detection is and how firmly the chambers fill.

Think of it as a scoreboard. It shows whether snoring changed after you adjusted something.
Question 3: What Do Owners Think?
The current app has a rating problem. Eight App Store ratings give it a 1.0 average, with complaints about failed pairing, dropped Wi-Fi and snores logged when nobody was home.
That’s a tiny sample, but it’s consistent. Pair it with the usual caveat that phone microphones get confused by fans and other noise, which a study of sleep apps documented.
Question 4: Is the Pillow Itself Worth It?
Evidence for head-turning pillows is modest. One crossover study with 22 snorers reported improvement, and a pilot in 30 patients helped milder apnea only.
On Nitetronic’s site, the Z6 lists around $549 and the Z1 near $499. The A1 starts close to $359 for 2026, and the Z10 is about $99.
Nitetronic advertises a 30-night trial, so use it fully before deciding. Our SnoreLess pillow review shows how a simpler, jaw-focused pillow compares.
Quick Decision Guide
- Own a goodnite? Nitelink2 still works for you.
- Buying new? Expect the Nitetronic app and its mixed reviews.
- Worried about apnea? Book a test and don’t rely on an app.
Our Take
The apps are free, so the real cost is the pillow. Give it the full trial and judge it on how you and your partner sleep, not on the charts alone.
